If you’ve changed your mind about your latest purchase, you can find all the information for a prompt refund here:

Items being refunded must have their original tags attached and must be accompanied by a completed return form
We are unable to refund used or customer-damaged items
We must receive return packages within 30 days of the purchase or order date - these refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type
Each order number must have its own return form
We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size and/or color, within 30 days of the purchase or order date
Original shipping and duty charges are non-refundable
You are responsible for the return shipping and duty charges. LIJA does not accept C.O.D.
Please allow 3-4 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement
We are unable to refund purchases made through retailers other than LIJAstyle.com
Sale items marked with a discount of 50% or greater are considered FINAL SALE.

Ensure that your return meets the above policy criteria
Fill out LIJA's Return Form in full. A Return Form is enclosed with every package or can be accessed via this link: LIJA Return Form
Include your completed return form with your return package.
Please note that LIJA is not responsible for return postage. When you return goods, please retain proof of shipping from your shipper. We cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. Please send your package, including your completed return form, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery
